Asbestos
Abatement:
ACM Corp.is one of the finest and most highly regarded asbestos removal
contractors in the Northeast region of the United States. ACM Corp. has
been working with select owners and clients and places an emphasis on
customer satisfaction and safety from project inception throughout project
closeout.
Interior
Demolition and Precision Demolition:
ACM Corp.is an experienced demolition contractor. ACM Corp. has performed
many interior demolition projects to facilitate asbestos removal projects.
These projects require experienced personnel that have the ability to
work discreetly in occupied or semi-occupied areas, and personnel that
will minimize any disruption to our customer's operations. Many of these
projects are performed after hours or during shut-downs.
ACM Corp. also specializes
in precision demolition projects such as creating new shafts in existing
high rise buildings and other similar projects involving delicate and
discreet demolition which is performed in very localized areas where protection
of adjacent areas is required.
Structural
Repairs, Renovations and Insulating Services:
ACM Corp.has also expanded (at the request of our customers) and established
a specialized services division. This division of ACM Corp. performs specialized
work which many customers consider too labor intensive to perform in-house
or too difficult to perform utilizing additional subcontractors.This specialized
services division performs projects including but not limited to the following:
- Lintel installation
and repair.
- Installation of
fire stopping.
- Core drilling and
concrete cutting.
- Infilling of openings
in slabs.
- Installation of
structural supports.
- Miscellaneous shoring,
needle shoring, etc...
- Temporary protection
and isolation of occupied areas.
- Insulation of mechanical
systems and piping.
- Installation of
spray-on fireproofing and certification.
Microbial
Remediation:
 ACM
Corp. employs certified microbial remediation supervisors
and personnel and has the ability to perform the restoration of mold contaminated
structures and their content. ACM Corp. will restore the affected building
and contents to a (near) pre-loss condition and re-establish a healthful
environment to it's occupants.
Lead
Based Paint Removal:
ACM Corp. is capable of performing the removal and/or stabilization
of lead based paint on projects ranging from residential dwellings to
structural steel at super structures. ACM's lead based paint services
include abatement planning, supervision, medical surveillance, complete
restoration and compliance documentation.
Insurance:
ACM Corp. is fully insured by American International Group (A.I.G.)
which is rated A++ by A.M. Best Co. with a total limit of five million
dollars aggregate. ACM Corp's bonding capacity is ten million dollars
with Zurich U.S.'s sister company, Fidelity and Deposit Company of Maryland
(rated A (Excellent)).
Licensing:
ACM Corp. is currently licensed as an abatement contractor with
an extensive labor force in the states of New York, New Jersey, Connecticut,
Massachusetts and Pennsylvania. This does not limit our capabilities in
obtaining licenses in any other state should any of our clients encounter
an environmental problem.
